We accept referrals by fax or email. Only urgent referrals will be accepted over the phone.
There is a doctor on call 24/7 for after hours emergencies.

Our referral guidelines provide your clinic with an idea of our booking timelines based on referral diagnosis. This is not an extensive list, and if you would like your patient seen urgently please call our office.

For urgent referrals, call our office to speak with one of our physicians. We also appreciate if you can fax the referral letter as quickly as possible.

Our clinic provides Visual Fields, OCT, Fundus Photography, Autoflurescence and Fluorescein Angiography services. Fluorescein Angiography (FA) is taken with our Optos California ultra-wide field imaging device, capturing 200 degrees field of view.
